MORPHOGENESIS
Formation of form 形態形成
The theme for 2026 is MORPHOGENESIS — the formation of form. Taking inspiration from the processes through which living organisms develop their shapes and structures, we extend this perspective into musical creation.
We explore how sound originating in code and algorithms changes through encounters with performers and their environments, and how interactions between individual sound sources give rise to new musical patterns.
